Pääosin vegepakotusta ja vanhentunutta tietoa. Kuuntele mieluummin kooste ja vertaa juttuja nykyisiin tutkimuksiin esimerkiksi ravinnon kolesterolin vaikutuksesta veren kolesteroliin (ei vaikutusta)
